Hormones & Stress

I haven't found anything interesting about Phosphoric Acid. If I do, I'll let you know.

I have found something interesting about my face. It has troubled me very much. I saw in a very bright light all the peach fuzz on my face. Hear me out. I KNEW I had a moustache and believe me, I take care of it. But to my dismay, I saw under the bright lights all the peach fuzz on my jaw and then I followed it up my face and saw how high it went! It formed a whole beard shape that actually linked to my moustache! This is not at all visible in normal light and I'm positive nobody else has ever noticed. But I totally freaked. I started wondering if my stress levels go to high and then I crashed, and of course in my neurotic mess I was having all kinds of hypochondriasis such as my cortisone and progesterone levels rising in my body because I sabatoged my adrenal glands and therefore was in adrenal fatigue, messing up all my hormones causing hair to grow on my face, cramps, insomnia, dizzy spells, double vision, and weakness and what if it even affects my fertility!

I picked up some plates from the dishwasher and actually FELL on the ground! My husband looked down at me like, uh, you're 30 years old and you just fell on the ground like an old lady. It's a good thing he was there. Later in life I'm going to invest in one of those devices "help I've fallen and I can't get up" if this kind of thing continues. So I know I'm in a crash & burn scenario. Question is, is it affecting my adrenal hormones and affecting my whole body?

Perhaps it is but I don't think it's having quite as big as an effect as I first suspected, after looking into it and taking in some family history.

Where did this all come from? A huge transition in life. Moving. For the past month, I've watched my family grow in numbers and then I've had to move into a new neighbourhood, not far from the old place but a totally new circumstance. And moving has taken EVERYTHING out of me. I think that I gave 400% and most people give 100%. I got super exhausted and ended up completely useless on the couch for a week after.

Turns out that the facial hair is not related to stress. General hair loss IS often related to stress. But my facial hair happens to be genetic and after talking to relatives, I have it GOOD. It may worsen in the future but I was encouraged to enjoy my face while it still looks good and know that it could get worse but I could always maintain it if it looks bad. Kind of encouraging but kind of not.

I don't think my hormones are too messed up but I do think they're abnormal. I wonder if they do hormone testing. It could help me to know if my hormones are doing what they are supposed to be doing. I know I'm sensitive to the phytoestrogens in Soy milk. PMS varies but has sometimes been excruicating or debilitating. I have been trying for nearly a year to get pregnant and it hasn't worked. Hmmm.

It sounds like I've reached adrenal fatigue but Doctors don't seem to discuss that. It's easy to slot that illness in with other bigger problems. What should we really be treating? Tough to say.
